Here, lets us discuss the various way to increase these qualities within a human thereby becoming successful in life. Both in physical and spiritual aspects these are needed. I am compiling various information from various tried and tested incredible humans and also insights from my side.  In the book called GHERANDA SAMHITHA, A yogi explains in fair detail to his student the various methods of yoga which later on is called kriya yoga and people who came later on called this set and phillosphy as Nath sampradaya/school of yoga to distinguish it from what they wanted to teach. By reading this book(and assuming one is regular practioner of yoga/is an 'acharya') one can understand also what the sequence of yoga which should be done if not followed can lead to disjointed energy and one having lop sided development. A natual stone For people who have reached the sensibility to avoid using face washes using artificial chemical soaps or face washes laden with parabens and edta, they can find good alternative in good-old alum stone face wash to remove oil from face especially after full boy oil bath or once in a day especially in evening after coming to your dwelling after work.Its better to add some oily substance before applying alum. Usage techniques: 1. AFTER-SHAVE: Used in sensible older days by our forefathers as after shave. Now one can use it even as normal face wash. It stops bleeding, and is anti-bacterial 2.
