ATTENTION,FOCUS & MEMORY: FOOD INPUTS
Here, lets us discuss the various way to increase these qualities within a human thereby becoming successful in life. Both in physical and spiritual aspects these are needed. I am compiling various information from various tried and tested incredible humans and also insights from my side. Most of these methods are from Ayurveda and other Bharat traditional knowledge sources but from a personal perspectives of different achievers who has used them.
When body constitution changes, the way and quantity administered also changes so one should sense the quantiy that is best for his body.
1. GOLDEN DRINK
TIME: Morning before breakfast 30 min.
Q: <= 1 glass
Turmeric+ Black Pepper in one glass milk/warm water.
2. GOD'S DRINK
TIME: Afternoon after lunch
Q: 1 glass or more
3. MILK AFTER FOOD
Without sugar is best
Mix with equal q of water and boil and additionally may also add a pinch of turmeric.
