Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Sadhgru Jaggi Vasudev : Guru Leela of Sri Brahmananda Saraswati

 Two very popular gurus in the spiritual circle is Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who runs Art of Living foundation and Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev who runs Isha Foundation. People and myself have lot of gratitude to the wisdom and guru tattva in them and people have transformed them physically therough this in the modern times. But do you know who is behind these two great beings. The immediate force behind these gurus is their guru Sri Mahesh Yogi under whom Transcendental Meditation foundation ran. And behnd them is Brahmanand Saraswati, If you compare the faces of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and Brahmanand Saraswati will be enough to quench the thirst to know for committed spiritual seekers. Sadhguru JV is the Gunarahitham(if you do the practices) variation of Sri Brqhmananda Saraswati and utimately the original guru. And Gurudev Sri Sri RaviShankar is the Gunasahitham variation of Sri Brahmananda Saraswati.

 In the book called GHERANDA SAMHITHA, A yogi explains in fair detail to his student the various methods of yoga which later on is called kriya yoga and people who came later on called this set and phillosphy as Nath sampradaya/school of yoga to distinguish it from what they wanted to teach. A natual stone For people who have reached the sensibility to avoid using face washes using artificial chemical soaps or face washes laden with parabens and edta, they can find good alternative in good-old alum stone face wash to remove oil from face especially after full boy oil bath or once in a day especially in evening after coming to your dwelling after work.Its better to add some oily substance before applying alum. STHULAM VYAYAM (STHU-LAM)-   In yoga and associated ways of life, there before going to subtler practices we start with  sthula vyayams to stregthen and stablise the body. Sthula vyayams, it is to be noted that are done from lower portions of the body to upper body hence its connetion with LAM()  and Muladhara chakra() vis a vis Suksham vyayamas which is connected to SHAM- sound for relaxing -> withdrawing from outer. It is also called Shithilikarana vyayama as it makes the body supple enough to use the subsequent sukshma vyayamas to exercise and declutter various nadi pathways.
