WHY SADHGURU JAGGI VASUDEV AND HIS GANAS ARE HURTING ME?: YOGIC TECHNIQUES.
As anything in this world(physical) there is always some cons if there is pros. But that may not be the case with anything 'spiritual'. As the guru called Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev has reached many millions of people around the world, there will be many who are silently suffering the ill-effects of his technique of yoga and his philosophies but there are many positives too. Here i would like to elucidate on the pros and cons of his teachings and what one should keep in mind if one sees himself doing all that is taught by isha. Here i will concentrate on his yogic techniques' positive and negative effects only. The pros and cons of his philosophies will be discussed later if god permits.
By yogic techniques, i mean what is imparted to general public. He gives different methodologies to people whom he has appointed to teach, they will be having different set of problems! By the problems i mean the problem which is sometime created by the technique itself and sometimes by the energy alterations/nadi manipulations done by the 'teachers' who teaches under him.
One thing to clarify, Sadhguru JV is a Sidha and has got control of different levels of energy/ nadi pathways of the person in-front of him. Some of the teachers also has reasonable abilty to manipulate a persons en energy. He and his ganas(teachers and aye-sayers he gathers around him) can positively influence the person(that also means they can also harm someone contrary to what is in side of righteousness.)
YOGIC TECHNIQUES: Isha ANGAMARDANA, Isha SURYA KRIYA, Isha BHUTHA SHUDHI, Isha Shambavi MM, Isha Shoonya, etc.
PROS:
(1) Initially good. But as it gains significant momentum, only then will one realize the inadequacies and malformations of the practices.
CONS:
(1) LOSS OF LATERAL AWARENESS:The disproportionate focus is on forward and backward bending, which can reduce the functionality of a person sideways
(2) NABHI SUFFERS: Nabhi/Navel region gets affected because of this improper yoga as it is the major joint region where all these movement happen.
(3) KNEE INSTABILITY: Knee also suffers because it is being improperly used.
(4) MEMORY LOSS AND DECREASE IN PROCESSING CAPABILITY: This is the most common problem and is majorly caused by:
A. UPAYOGA/HEAD ROTATIONS:
Two variations of head rotation pattern given to males and females.This is intended to make females stronger(intellectually and also beauty-wise) and males weaker so that he will get more females in his side and also to teach(a clever move which automatically brings also males(the males who has problems in life and also beta-males who like to follow females) and also he also has a daughter.
B. UPAYOGA/SHOULDER MOVEMENT:
These are the two practices by which he is targeting the upper nervous system of a person affecting ones intellectual capability. Iam yet to be fully aware of what is the correct practice, So it must also be kept in radar.
