Guruji, why do you call yourself a sad-guru when instead you should be guiding your disciples to sathya path and people would instead choose to call you a sathguru,
(2) THE FIRST PRACTICE: INNER ENGINEERING- A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO ENGINEER YOURSELF TO HELL.
BEWARE PEOPLE.
UPA-YOGA:
1. DIRECTIONAL HAND MOVEMENT
A highly effective way take the working ability of your hands. From my reseach, i concluded that rotating of wrist while moving hand is what causes inability in hand.
2. NECK ROTATIONS
Everyone must do clockwise and then anticlockwise wherein first the surya nadi or the right neck is stretched and then the left and then again do one more right circular rotaions to agin activate surya nadi.
3. SQUATS.
Dont hold your hands as it is recommended by them, it will make your middle of your forearm weak.
THE SO CALLED 'SHAMBAVI MAHAMUDRA' BY THEM.
1. PATANGASANA.
Dont do fast movement of legs during it. it pose injury risk.
Dont hold the hands to your toe fingers, instead keep your hands relaxed beside your hips and do it.
2. SHISUPALASANA
Do not hold legs as it is recommended again will cause problems to middle of forearm instead do with your legs in padmasana(ideally) or may even in swastikasana or sidhasana and rotate your upper body qith hands facing downward on thighs(Source: guru pashupati)
3. NADI VIBHAJAN.
Do not end with left leg, do one more time with right leg. As we can see surya namaskar is also done 3 times ending with right leg.
4. ANULOM - VILOM.
Always pranayama must be preceded by ujjayi inside breathing.
