It is done by being fully willing  and giving your everything without being concerned what you will receive for it for the meeting of that particular objective.(those skills and good will and sukarma will help you later when you do profit based services)

So, these include 

-the work/services that you do for your parents(not give you any immediate benefits)

- the voluntary services that you do for your community and society.

These are profit motive works which give you financial benefits, so that your dharma becomes meaningful and sustainable.
