 The order/sequence of worship of Ganapathi is , foirst Ganapathi, the Shiva shakthi(where dhyana is done- revealing knowlefdges of activities performed so far and hence also of Ganapthi), the back to ganapthi( fresh perspective and new knowledge) then to Vishnu bhagwan(brahma and parabrahma) and Subramanian bhagwan(the good brahman and also protector of knowledge) then bhagavathi.
