 The coimbatore sadhguru jaggi vasudev a ex-businessman is just  a reaction to the teachings of gurudev sri sri ravi shankar. A market dynamics played well by him to capture the 'money' of 'disciples' of sri sri ravi shankar who was not successful in yoga doing the practices of AOL. Since the following of AOL is huge(mostly by scriputure educated and brahmin community) whatever sidekicks from the AOL falls into the pocket of Jaggi vasudev. But of late Gurudev started giving free meditations which was like a shuddering blow to Jaggi Vasudev's vile tactics.

As a yog practitioner for 7 years now and mainly initiated into yog by isha and sadguru jaggi vasudev who likes to call himself a sathguru. ADVANTAGES: (1) Good infrastructure for yog aspirants. Here I would like to share my thoughts on doing a kriya known as Nauli kriya which becomes significant to do energy movement of your stomach and abdomen region. Unlike Kapalbhati which is a similar process, nauli kriya does movement in a lateral fashion helping in stability and balance. Nauli kriya from various sources, here I would like to present for giving the reader multiple perspectives and giving a dharana to the enthusiastic reader. ENDING KRIYA: REENERGISE AFTER DHYANA OR AFTER SLEEP

 So, hey folks! Welcome to yet another episode of my musings.  Here we are talking and discussing on the topic of what i call the 'Ending Kriya' .This is very important especially for those who want both to know about who and what they have and also work in the world to be successful and make money to take care of the well-being of himself, his family,community, society and the nation. I compile sources from different sources viewed through the lens of years of experience in yoga and personal experience of the world matters. Most recent source i encountered is from the channel by the name 'Shaolin Online' Important points to note: 1. Ends with energising of manipuraka and then to heart centre. MORE SUBTLE/MANTRA LEVEL 1. TEMPLE KRIYA

 The temple is place created for doing a particular kriya acheiving a particular pranayama.  There are 7 locations/planes in a temple each for a particular energy centre or chakra. Plane 1:Entrance: Earth / Muladhara Plane 2: Dwijasthamb: Water/ Swadhistana Is the swa- adhistana of the temple devatha. May also house a well. May look from top to bottom and then from top to bottom and from there throught he ground to the feet and from lower part of the body to the upper part of the body by the yogi, taking the samkalpa of cosmic energy and the temple's energy to enter into his body. Entry is done through the left of the temple entrance/ right leg of temple purusha/ devatha. Plane 3: Homa kund and the mantra jaap area/ Fire place/Manipura area Plane 4: The circumambulatory region / hridayakasha region/ Anahat region The sound of mantra jaap and its fire transmutates into the Anahat sound/ the sound without strikings

SURYA NAMASKARA: DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES FROM DIFFERENT GURUS

Surya namaskara is said to be invented by Hanuman who as a child couldn't get a guru and hence was advised by a sage to take sun as his guru. Hence I feel Surya namaskara should be done as salutation to Hanuman and also Surya. So we can use Hanuman chalisa and then Surya namaskar mantras.   In modern times, different gurus are teaching different versions of this most common yoga sequence called surya namaskara and each can be seen to be different resulting in corresponding nervous configurations of a person. EMBEDDED ELECTRONICS

 From here on we will be focusing on Embedded Electronics Design. What is embedded system and design? Embedded design is design of embedded system: software in hardware usually ICs for a specific purpose. The core of an embedded system is a microcontroller which is microprocessor along with its peripherals(like ADC, DAC, GPIO ports, etc) and it is designed into a single Printed Circuit Board(PCB) using a appropriate technologies for CAD and etching onto the silicon board. Once the PCB is ready this can be used in a fabricated device for various applications like DC power measurements and display, etc. We will be focusing initially on a particular application: DC power measurement.

Here i would like to elucidate on the pros and cons of his teachings and what one should keep in mind if one sees himself doing all that is taught by isha.  THOPUKARNAM  is an ancient practice performed as beginning of yoga and other spiritual practices. Ganapathy is also the deity which is paid salutation before beginning of any work to remove obstacles and increase our inteligence.So Thoppukarnam is performed infront of Ganapathy deity usually. But over the years the practice has dilluted and distorted . So this is an effort to document the prominent and authentic variations and perspectives done under different teachers. 1.
